Last Friday, Ms. Golen and Ms. Motta ( along with the third grade teachers and some very gracious parents) brought 150 third graders to Nashville's Cheekwood Art & Gardens. Cane Ridge Elementary was selected for a grant for the trip presented to us by Cheekwood thanks to Ms. Golen for applying!!!! Cheekwood paid for our buses, gave us free admission, and all of our students who were on the trip received family passes so they can visit again with their families. We had a blast! Thank you Cheekwood.
